Minocqua's Open Container Ordinance - Ordinance 8.04(5)

OPEN CONTAINER - (a)  Whoever has in thier possession an open container of fermented malt beverage or intoxicating liquor while on Town of Minocqua property located on the Island, Torpy Park, Dorwin Park, or the Minocqua Ball Park may be fined.

The cost of an Open Container citation in the Town of Minocqua is $151.75.
